The Career Pathways Initiative transforms Florida's education system to focus on assisting Floridians attain degrees, certificates, and credentials that lead to demand occupations, increased wage gain, and lifelong learning.
What is the Adult Career Pathways Program?
The Career Pathways Program offers strategies for overcoming workforce barriers by bringing together selected industries, community services, government agencies, and community colleges to identify, enroll, educate, and prepare these adults for high-demand career opportunities.
Who can use Career Pathways?
The Career Pathways Program is open to adults enrolled in Adult Basic Education (ABE), English as a Second Language (ESL), Adult High School, and/or General Education Development (GED) instruction.
