Apply to the College Register and Pay for Course(s) Access Your Course(s) Proof of Completion

If you are having trouble accessing your APD courses it may be due to one of the following:

  1. Has it been one (1) business day or more since you paid for the APD course(s)?
    Our system takes up to one (1) business day to process your payment. If you are trying to access your APD course(s) on the same day that you paid, we recommend that you wait till the next business day and then try again.
  2. Have you lost your TCC e-mail address, e-mail password, student ID, or Eaglenet password (also known as PIN)?
    We will be happy to look up any of this information for you. Please call toll free (866) 605-7274 or (850) 201-8545.

  1. Click Here to open the TCC BlackBoard log in screen.
  2. You will need your TCC Email Address and TCC Email Password. (If you have lost or forgotten your Email address and password please contact the TCC Help Desk at (866) 605-7274 or (850) 201-8548 (long distance charges apply). Where it says "Username" type in all the letters and numbers in your TCC email address before the "@" symbol (For example: smith441 @mymail.tcc.fl.edu ). The "Password" will be your TCC Email Password. Then click "Log On"
    Access Your Course(s)
  3. Once logged in, you will see your courses on the right hand side of the screen in a box labeled "My Courses." Click on the course you wish to access and follow the directions for that particular course.
