  1. How do I register online for APD courses?

    If you have never taken a course at TCC before, then follow the instructions listed for New APD or TCC Students. If you have previously attended TCC, then follow the instructions listed for Previous APD or TCC Students. You may wish to print the instructions so you can follow them more easily as you move along.   2. I forgot my PIN number for registration?

    Call the Help Desk toll free at 1.866.605.7274 or 1.850.201.8548 (long distance charges apply).

  3. I registered but can't access my student e-mail account or my web course?

    Once you have registered for your courses it typically takes 24 hours for your account to be created. If you need additional assistance please call toll free 1.866.605.7274 or e-mail us at: apd@tcc.fl.edu.

  4. How do I get to my web course?

    To access Blackboard go to www.tcc.fl.edu. Click on Online Access then click on Blackboard . When it prompts you to log in, use your eAccount Username and Password .

  5. I forgot my eAccount username and password?

    Go to EagleNet and click on Personal Information . Log in using your Student ID and PIN. Click eAccount Information from the list. Carefully make a note of your eAccount Username, Password and TCC E-mail Address . Click Logoff from the menu at the top.

  6. I need help?

  7. How soon can I start my course(s) after completing the admission and registration process?

    One day (24 hours) for on-line payment and normally 3 business days if submitting payment by US Mail.

  8. How do I print out my transcript?

    • Log on to www.tcc.fl.edu.
    • Click on EagleNet at the bottom right of the page in the Resources box.
    • Type in your Student ID and the PIN you created when you registered.
    • Click on the icon next to the words View My Transcript.
  9. How do I read my transcript?

    • S under GRD (grade) means you have Satisfactorily completed the course.
    • If you have a U under GRD means you did not Successfully complete the course.
    • If In Progress displayed please check back in a few days to see if the transcript has been updated further.
  10. Will I receive a Certificate for successfully completing an ADP course?

    No.  As approved by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD), TCC does not issue a Certificate for an APD course (instead your Transcript serves as your Certificate).
