Proof of Completion
Transcripts are updated every Friday, for classes completed the previous week. If you would like to access your transcripts for a course that you have completed, please follow the directions below, or download them as a PDF file ( Unofficial Transcripts (pdf 718.33 kB) , Requesting an Official Transcript (pdf 658.07 kB) ):
Please note that APD's quality assurance reviewers (Delmarva) will accept both unofficial and official transcripts as proof of completion.
Unofficial Transcript
- Transcripts are updated every Friday, for classes completed the previous week. Please wait one week (excluding holidays) before attempting to access your unofficial transcripts.
- Follow this link to EagleNet . A new window will open in your browser so that you can still refer back to this page.

Enter your Student ID and PIN/Eaglenet Password. If you do not know your Student ID or PIN/Eaglenet Password, please call the Help Desk, toll free at (866) 605-7274, or (850) 201-8548 (long distance charges apply).

Click on the “View Transcripts” button as shown in the picture below.

- Click the “Print” button to print your unofficial transcript.
- Below you will find an explanation of your grades on your unofficial transcript. Please refer to the highlighted area in the picture below.
- S under GRD (grade) means you have Satisfactorily completed the course.
- If you have a U under GRD means you did not Successfully complete the course.

Requesting an Official Transcript

To request your official transcripts click on the “Records” tab on the top tool bar. Then click on “Transcript Request”.

Fill out the appropriate fields and click “Submit”. Please allow two (2) weeks for delivery.
