This course is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services for licensure as a Registered Customer Service Representative (RCSR), and is equivalent to the 4-40 license. Work at your own pace with your instructor available via e-mail or telephone. 40-Hour Accredited Claims Adjuster Pre-Licensing Online Only Course

The Florida 40-Hour Accredited Claims Adjuster course is designed as a self-paced course done entirely online. After successfully completing the entire online course and passing a final exam, the candidate may sit for the 3-20, 5-20, and 6-20 Insurance Adjuster designation licensure exam. The course consists of Units 1-8 or Modules A-H and 8 End of Unit Exams. At the end of each unit, there is an End of Unit Exam which is automatically scored. The scores for the unit exams and the final exam will be averaged. To receive a certificate of completion, the candidate must receive a final course average score of seventy (70%).
