Early Childhood Continuing Education Seminars
Even after you have completed your degree in any field, you are generally expected to take yearly courses in order to keep current with changes in your field. The Early Childhood Education continuing education seminars are designed to give participants the hours for their required educational units. These are designed for a variety of entry-level positions in nursery schools, early intervention settings, school-age programs and group-care homes. Students will develop an understanding of the social and psychological factors that influence a child and will acquire the essential knowledge, skills, ethics, and dispositions required in an early childhood education professional.
These Seminars are offered the third Saturday each month from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Center for Workforce Development Building #38 on the main campus. CEU's
