Driver Improvement School

Basic Driver Improvement (BDI)
Students who have received a driving violation and elect to complete this course to avoid points, insurance penalties (in most states) and/or retain a "safe driver" status in accordance with requirements outlined in 318.14(9), Florida Statutes, will select the "BDI" option. Typically, in order to ensure that a completion will be acceptable to the Clerk of Court in the county where the citation (ticket) was issued, before completing the course the driver must sign an Affidavit with the Clerk attesting that he or she is in compliance with that section of Florida Statutes.

S.T.A.R.T. First Time Driver's Course (TLSAE)
This course was designed to instill proper driving habits at an early age. This will allow first time drivers the opportunity to familiarize themselves with lawful and courteous driving habits. This course is based on audiovisual and group discussions.
